GGG Real Shares Ltd is a limited company registered in Cyprus and authorised to perform Alternative Investment Fund Management (AIFM) services. We were founded on a simple conviction: that rigorous, risk-aware capital markets expertise should be delivered with transparency and a genuine partnership between manager and client.
Our approach is deliberately focused. Rather than chasing every trend, we build considered strategies grounded in fundamentals, disciplined risk management and a long-term view of value.
We are also proactively working towards licensing in Mauritius, which will allow us to broaden our trading and consultancy offering to a wider international client base.
Leadership
George Georgiou is a global capital markets and banking professional with more than twenty years of experience across international trading and brokerage. He has held senior operations and capital-markets roles at leading firms in the sector — including E*TRADE (now part of Morgan Stanley), Libertex Group, GTN and Trading 212 — building hands-on expertise across trading, execution, operations and risk in global markets.
He founded GGG Real Shares Ltd to bring that institutional experience to clients in a more personal, partner-led way — combining disciplined, risk-aware capital-markets expertise with transparency and a long-term view of value. He holds a business administration background from the London School of Business Administration.
